Private Cloud

The Private Cloud is built for the exclusive use of a single public agency. Data is processed and stored only on the virtual servers set aside for it, which it alone is entitled to use.

The G-Cloud’s private virtualization environment can serve all existing IT systems currently in operation, irrespective of computing resource requirements, and all new critical government high-spec IT systems which are designed from here on in.

InfoSoc S.A.’s Private Cloud - IaaS offers:

  • virtual machines and access to storage
  • virtual network infrastructure and a virtual firewall
  • virtualized workload distribution
  • secure access via a VPN
  • software to manage the virtual environment
  • automated backups
  • data restore from backups
  • help desk services for reporting faults
  • internet access via the SYZEFXIS network (1 Gbps)

Service Levels available

Three (3) levels of service are available via the Private Cloud (VIP, Platinum and Gold) depending on the criticality of the tenant system. For IT systems which have more exacting requirements, the packages of services offered can be expanded.
